If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to promoting independence and well-being, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a safe living environment</li><li>Support meal preparation and basic nutrition needs according to client preferences</li><li>Assist with errands such as grocery shopping and picking up household supplies</li><li>Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support</li><li>Offer companionship and engage the client in conversation or simple activities to reduce isolation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Previous caregiving, homemaking, or direct support experience preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li></ul>Join us in delivering compassionate care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably at home.
