Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.</li><li>Inspect civil works such as concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, finishing, piling, shoring, and earthworks.</li><li>Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and relevant standards.</li><li>Conduct pre-inspection and stage inspections and coordinate inspections with the Consultant/Client.</li><li>Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), MIRs, WIRs, and other QA/QC documents.</li><li>Monitor and record concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube sampling, and curing.</li><li>Verify materials delivered to site against approved Material Submittals.</li><li>Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Maintain proper quality records, test reports, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, construction team, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;7 years experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and specifications.</li><li>Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.</li><li>Familiar with QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Good knowledge of construction materials and testing methods.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.</li></ul>LocationProject Site / As assignedReporting ToQA/QC Manager / Project ManagerPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
