&middot; Advice on potential hazards participate and involve during of HAZOP studies and in implementation of the findings.&middot; Advise on site related safety requirements for inclusion in work method statement;&middot; Ensure proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment and valid calibration certificates available;&middot; Consult and communicate with project team members and er&rsquo;s for day today activities at site&middot; Ensure site security, fire, first aid and welfare facilities and procedures are appropriate to the work carried out, provided and properly maintained;&middot; Ensure all agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are followed strictly;&middot; Carry out and record regular safety inspections at site;&middot; Organize and participate in site safety training and the non-maintained;&middot; Investigate and report on all accidents and dangerous occurrences along with er and other site team members;&middot; Report for any accident in the project related to personnel, equipment, materials, constructed facilities and third party facilities.&middot; Ensure the tool box talks and other training are conducted regularly and as and when required.Authorities:&middot; To stop any employee from work if HSE regulation are not violated;&middot; To issue nonconformity report for HSE deviations and violations&middot; To advise on HSE requirements by site activities.&middot; Good Communication Skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Surveying &amp; Setting Out<ul><li>Perform land and hydrographic surveys for marine construction projects</li><li>Carry out setting-out of works such as piles, quay walls, revetments, and marine structures</li><li>Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks</li><li>Ensure all survey activities comply with project drawings and specifications</li></ul>Data Collection &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Use total stations, GPS, DGPS, and echo sounders to gather survey data</li><li>Process and analyze survey data using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar</li><li>Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built documentation</li><li>Verify quantities for progress measurement and billing</li></ul>Marine Operations Support<ul><li>Assist in dredging operations and monitor seabed levels</li><li>Support marine piling, reclamation, and offshore activities</li><li>Work on survey vessels and coordinate marine positioning systems</li></ul>Quality &amp; Accuracy<ul><li>Ensure high accuracy of survey measurements and records</li><li>Conduct regular checks and calibrations of survey equipment</li><li>Monitor deviations and report discrepancies to engineers</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with project engineers, construction teams, and subcontractors</li><li>Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding surveying matters</li><li>Liaise with consultants and clients for survey approvals</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;10 years of experience in marine civil construction projects</li><li>Experience in ports, harbors, dredging, or offshore projects preferred</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, DGPS, Auto Level)</li><li>Knowledge of hydrographic surveying tools</li><li>Software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, survey data processing software</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work in marine/offshore conditions</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Site-based role, often in coastal or offshore environments</li><li>May require work on barges, survey boats, or remote project locations</li><li>Flexible working hours depending on tides and project requirements</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (Optional)<ul><li>Hydrographic Survey Certification</li><li>Valid Offshore/Marine Safety Training (e.g., STCW, BOSIET)</li></ul>Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
