We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Track &amp; Trace Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring shipments, communicating updates, and ensuring a smooth delivery process for customers and carriers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery</li><li>Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve delays or transit issues</li><li>Accurately update internal systems with shipment data</li><li>Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum typing speed of 40+ words per minute (required)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)</li><li>Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience is a strong plus</li><li>Previous customer service experience preferred</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time (hours may vary based on operational needs)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $29.81 per hourWork Location: In person
