Logistics Track & Trace Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Track & Trace Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring shipments, communicating updates, and ensuring a smooth delivery process for customers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status
  • Proactively identify and resolve delays or transit issues
  • Accurately update internal systems with shipment data
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Qualifications:

  • Minimum typing speed of 40+ words per minute (required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
  • Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience is a strong plus
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Schedule:

  • Full-time (hours may vary based on operational needs)
