As a key player in our logistics network, you&rsquo;ll ensure timely load and unload operations, route driving, and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly while providing excellent service to our customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate dump trucks for local deliveries and pickups</li><li>Load and unload aggregate efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary</li><li>Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations</li><li>Follow designated routes for delivery and pickup schedules, maintaining punctuality and professionalism</li><li>Manage documentation related to deliveries, shipments, and vehicle logs accurately and promptly</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery times and address any issues during route driving</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of trucks to uphold safety standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record</li><li>Experience operating manual transmission trucks</li><li>Proven truck driving experience with a focus on freight delivery within local routes</li><li>Familiarity with dump trucks</li><li>Ability to load &amp; unload freight safely using equipment such as forklifts or hand tools when necessary</li><li>Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols for commercial driving</li><li>Strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality and safety standards</li></ul>Join us as a Local CDL Class A Truck Driver where your skills drive our success!
