<div></div><div><b>What You'll Do</b></div>
<div><ul><li><b>Daily Housekeeping Tasks:</b> Be the master of keeping our commercial properties in tip-top shape by performing daily housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting/polishing furniture, and general cleaning of restrooms, hallways, lobbies, stairways, and other work areas.</li>
<li><b>Inventory Management:</b> Monitor janitorial supply inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and keep storage areas neat and organized.</li>
<li><b>Equipment Maintenance: </b>Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored in a safe and sanitary condition.</li>
<li><b>Compliance Adherence:</b> Adhere to building, safety, and health codes to maintain compliance.</li>
<li><b>Relationship Building:</b> Foster positive relations and communication with tenants, customers, visitors, and staff members.</li>
<li><b>Unit Turnovers:</b> Occasionally assist with housekeeping duties during apartment turnovers to prepare for new residents.</li>
<li><b>Collaborative Task Completion:</b> Use teamwork skills to complete tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records of time spent and tasks completed.</li>
<li><b>Property Improvement:</b> Maintains constant awareness while on owned and managed properties to make immediate improvements as required. Makes recommendations to improve the overall appearance, efficiency &amp; effectiveness at the properties to help achieve company and community goals.</li>
</ul><div><b>You Have</b></div>
<div><ul><li><b>Relevant Experience: </b>2+ years&rsquo; experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.</li>
<li><b>Self-Motivation: </b>Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.</li>
<li><b>Time Management:</b> Prioritization and time management skills.</li>
<li><b>Equipment Proficiency:</b> Experience operating cleaning equipment.</li>
<li><b>Reliable Transportation: </b>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation to drive between properties.</li>
</ul><div><b>You Should Be Able To</b></div>
<div><ul><li><b>Lift &amp; Carry:</b> Frequently lift, move, or carry items weighing 50+ pounds.</li>
<li><b>Maneuver Properties:</b> Move about properties often including ascending/descending of stairs and ladders.</li>
<li><b>Be Flexible &amp; Mobile:</b> Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and walk for periods of time while inspecting/addressing properties or equipment.
</li><li><b>Operate Devices: </b>Frequently operate electronic devices to record time and work order status.</li>
<li><b>Exchange Information:</b> Effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and colleagues to exchange accurate information.</li>
