About the Role:We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep GCP expertise and strong leadership skills. In this role, you&rsquo;ll architect cloud-native infrastructure, lead automation initiatives, and guide DevOps best practices across multiple environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Architect scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on GCP.</li><li>Lead infrastructure design reviews and solution architecture for application hosting.</li><li>Own and evolve CI/CD strategy and IaC practices using Terraform or equivalent.</li><li>Manage Kubernetes (GKE) deployments, autoscaling, and service mesh solutions.</li><li>Drive DevOps culture, lead incident response processes, and manage system reliability.</li><li>Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and support skill development across the team.</li><li>Align infrastructure practices with security, compliance, and cost control policies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, with at least 3 years focused on GCP.</li><li>Expertise in designing infrastructure using GCP services (GKE, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub).</li><li>Advanced IaC experience with Terraform (required), Pulumi or equivalents.</li><li>Strong scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Go).</li><li>Solid grasp of CI/CD tooling (Cloud Build, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and Kubernetes internals.</li><li>Proven experience designing cloud solutions for performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Leadership and mentoring experience in a technical capacity.</li></ul>Nice to Have:-<ul><li>Exposure to AWS and/or Azure environments.</li><li>Experience deploying and optimizing Drupal-based CMS applications in cloud environments.</li><li>GCP Professional Cloud Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.</li><li>Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) with knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
