Junior Video Editor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment such as a digital agency, media house, or TV production. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content tailored for digital platforms, ensuring strong storytelling, engaging visuals, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for digital platforms (social media, reels, ads, and short-form content).
• Perform color correction and color grading to enhance visual quality.
• Handle audio editing, mixing, and synchronization for clear and professional output.
• Design and create thumbnails, teasers, and short trailers for marketing and promotional use.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver according to brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all video outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media formats.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in video editing (agency, TV/media house, or production environment preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails and creatives.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Location: Sindhi Muslim, Karachi.

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
