Overview:Arrow Behavioral Health Service, LLC is currently recruiting remote and onsite clinicians for full-time, Substance Abuse Counselors (must have a minimum of a SAC-IT) to provide individual and group counseling, case management, and supervision to persons under the care of corrections. Onsite location is in New Lisbon WI.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Screen and assess the need for and type of programming that would most effectively address individual substance use treatment needs</li><li>Provide group and individual treatment for offenders</li><li>Participate in team meetings</li><li>Knowledge of ethics and Wisconsin laws, ability to set boundaries, knowledge of power and control issues unique to correctional environment.</li><li>Provide information as to the purpose of substance use and mental health recovery models</li><li>Provide assessment of core treatment needs and develop an individualized treatment plan</li></ul>Requirements: please review these requirements-<ul><li>MUST HOLD AT LEAST A VALID (SAC-IT) SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR IN TRAINING LICENSE.</li><li>Must be willing to submit to and pass a Criminal Background Check as required by Wisconsin law</li><li>Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent higher preferred</li><li>Minimum six (6) months experience providing counseling and case management to clients with substance abuse issues.</li><li>Knowledge and training in motivational interviewing, cognitive interventions, trauma informed care and other Cognitive-Based Therapy (CBT) counseling theories</li><li>Ability to work in a correctional environment with diverse inmate population</li></ul>Scheduled Hours: Full-time Monday through Friday, Federal Holidays off with pay.Licenses:REQUIRED: SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC, in good standing, issued by the state of WisconsinBenefits:Paid PTO, weekly pay, wage negotiable.Yearly pay increases.Paid Holidays.Employee Referral Bonus.Pay will be based on Education, Experience, and Credentials.Arrow Behavioral Health Services, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.This Job Is:<ul><li>A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education</li><li>Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma</li></ul>Work Remotely:<ul><li>Hybrid, may have to travel to job site periodically.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $24.00 - $32.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
