Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively. M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or other flexible hours.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and sales representatives.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and other software tools for document creation, data management, and communication.</li><li>Assist in office management tasks, accounts payable and receivables, data entry, including inventory control, update pricing and ordering supplies.</li><li>Support various administrative functions such as filing, answering phones, clerical work, and preparing reports as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative role or office assistant position is preferred.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Experience in customer/ sales rep support is a plus.</li></ul>If you are a proactive individual with strong organizational skills looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for the Office Administrator position.Pay: $18.10 - $21.00 per hourSchedule:<ul><li>4 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>No weekends</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>office assistant: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Sunbury, OH 43074 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
