Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively. M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or other flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and sales representatives.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and other software tools for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Assist in office management tasks, accounts payable and receivables, data entry, including inventory control, update pricing and ordering supplies.
- Support various administrative functions such as filing, answering phones, clerical work, and preparing reports as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office assistant position is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer/ sales rep support is a plus.

Pay: $18.10 - $21.00 per hour
