Schedule: Mon&ndash;Fri 8:00 AM&ndash;5:00 PM (In Office) &bull; Occasional Sat 8:00 AM&ndash;12:00 PM (Saturday's Remote) 
Job Summary

Arrow Pest Control is seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our Client Experience Division. This role focuses on customer service, appointment scheduling, inside sales, and client retention for a fast-paced service company. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and want to be part of a supportive team environment, this role may be the perfect fit. 
Compensation

Starting Pay: $20&ndash;$24 per hour, based on experience 
Additional earning potential through monthly commission and performance bonuses

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy</li>
<li>Schedule pest control services and coordinate with field technicians</li>
<li>Conduct outbound follow-up calls and service reminders</li>
<li>Support inside sales by identifying customer needs and recommending service programs</li>
<li>Maintain detailed notes and data in CRM systems</li>
<li>Assist with client retention and proactive outreach</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience and Operations teams</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the company's Core Values</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of call center experience required</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Close attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent (required)</li>
<li>Experience in a service-based company preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual candidates are a plus</li>
