Our owner/founder is a talented bridal stylist and photographer with TONS of great content&mdash;she just needs someone to help her post consistently and strategically.This is a part-time, ongoing role (not a one-time project). We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can grow with the business and become an integral part of the team.WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>Content Creation (40% of time):</li><li>Design graphics in Canva (quote cards, mood boards, aesthetic visuals)</li><li>Write compelling captions using our brand voice (elegant, thoughtful, not salesy)</li><li>Repurpose content across platforms (TikTok &rarr; Instagram Reels, etc.)</li><li>Create Stories content (5-10 Stories per day)</li><li>Posting &amp; Scheduling (25% of time):</li><li>Post 3-5x per week on Instagram (mix of Reels, carousels, static posts)</li><li>Cross-post TikToks to Instagram Reels</li><li>Schedule posts in advance using Meta Business Suite or similar</li><li>Post to Facebook page (auto-share from IG + occasional custom posts)Engagement (20% of time):</li><li>Reply to comments on posts (within 24 hours)</li><li>Respond to DMs (answer questions, be friendly and helpful)</li><li>Engage with other bridal accounts (stylists, designers, venues)</li><li>Build community by liking/commenting on relevant posts</li><li>Video Editing (10% of time):</li><li>Basic editing of Reels/TikToks (CapCut or similar)</li><li>Add text overlays, trending audio, simple transitions</li><li>Keep videos on-brand (elegant, not overly trendy)</li><li>Strategy &amp; Planning (5% of time):</li><li>Create monthly content calendar (what to post when)</li><li>Suggest content ideas based on what&rsquo;s performing</li><li>Stay on top of bridal trends (but filter through Art &amp; Lace lens)</li><li>Monthly check-in with owner to align on goals</li></ul>WHAT YOU WON&rsquo;T DO:<ul><li>Film content (owner provides raw footage/photos)</li><li>Manage paid ads (owner handles Google Ads)</li><li>Graphic design beyond Canva (no Photoshop/Illustrator needed)</li><li>Website updates (separate person handles this)</li></ul>IDEAL CANDIDATE:Must Have:<ul><li>1-2 years of social media management experience (ideally for a small business or personal brand)</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram + TikTok (algorithms, best practices, trends)</li><li>Canva skills (or willingness to learn quickly)</li><li>Excellent writing skills (captions, storytelling, brand voice)</li><li>Self-motivated and organized (you manage your own schedule)</li><li>Responsive communication (reply to messages within 24 hours)</li><li>Portfolio or examples of social media accounts you&rsquo;ve managed</li></ul>Bonus Points: <ul><li>Experience in wedding/bridal industry</li><li>Photography or aesthetic eye</li><li>Local to MA/RI (easier for occasional in-person collaboration)</li><li>Familiarity with bridal content creators/influencers</li><li>CapCut or basic video editing skills</li></ul>You&rsquo;re NOT a fit if: <ul><li>You only post when you feel like it (we need consistency)</li><li>You use generic hashtags and copy-paste captions</li><li>You&rsquo;re not responsive to messages</li><li>You don&rsquo;t understand the bridal industry or aesthetic</li><li>You need heavy hand-holding (we need someone who can run with it)</li></ul>HOW TO APPLY:Send the following to samantha@artandlacebridal.com1.
