We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team in a fast-paced and exciting coffee shop environment. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced beverages</li><li>Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items</li><li>Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels</li><li>Follow all safety and health guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 years of experience as a barista</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques and equipment</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>If you have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic and exciting environment, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
