Barista

We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team in a fast-paced and exciting coffee shop environment. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced beverages
• Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
• Follow all safety and health guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
