Government &amp; Institutional SalesLead engagement with:<ul><li>DGDP</li><li>Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS)</li><li>Teaching hospitals</li><li>Government medical colleges</li><li>Public sector healthcare institutions</li><li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with:</li><li>Procurement officials</li><li>Hospital administrators</li><li>Evaluation committees</li><li>Support sales team in institutional deal closure (not retail selling).</li></ul>2. Tender &amp; Procurement ComplianceReview all tenders before submission to eliminate:<ul><li>Disqualification risks</li><li>Documentation gaps</li><li>Specification mismatches</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with:</li><li>PPRA rules</li><li>Tender SBDs</li><li>Evaluation criteria</li><li>Oversee:</li><li>BOQs</li><li>Catalog submissions</li><li>Certificates (ISO, CE, FDA, DRAP where applicable)</li><li>Maintain tender calendars, submission checklists, and audit trails.</li></ul>3. Inspection &amp; Evaluation ReadinessPrepare AMG for:<ul><li>Technical evaluations</li><li>Sample inspections</li><li>Factory inspections (local/imported)</li><li>Coordinate with QA and production teams to ensure:</li><li>Specification accuracy</li><li>Packaging and labeling compliance</li><li>Act as AMG&rsquo;s official representative during inspections and evaluations.</li></ul>4.
