Role Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and highly organized individual to act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring execution, alignment, and timely delivery across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CEO-level execution (tenders, partnerships, expansion)
• Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance
• Track KPIs (revenue, pipeline, production) and report regularly
• Oversee tasks, projects, and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage communication and prioritize CEO’s time
• Provide strategic support and market research
• Identify issues early and escalate critical matters

KPIs:

• On-time task completion
• Faster project delivery
• Reduced CEO operational involvement
• Revenue-driven execution
• Improved internal response time

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and bachelors of business admistration or related
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication
• Business understanding (sales & operations)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Background in operations / consulting / startups
• Experience working with senior leadership
• Problem solver with ownership mindset

Preferred:

• Healthcare / medical devices experience
• Tendering & procurement knowledge
• Exposure to international markets (US / Saudi)

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
