 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and driven US Recruiter with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various IT and non-IT roles in the US market. Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing is mandatory.
 
 
 This role will begin as remote for the first 3 to 4 months and may transition into an office-based/hybrid work setup depending on business requirements. The candidate should be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and referrals
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Boolean searches and advanced talent mapping on LinkedIn Recruiter
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment/staffing
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Boolean search and talent mapping
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, and Indeed
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of US staffing processes and end-to-end recruitment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to adapt to a startup culture and evolving work setup
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of IT technologies and hiring requirements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in night shifts to support US market hiring
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, target-oriented, and quick learner
 </li>
