Possess strong visual design skills, including an understanding of proportion, aesthetics, and color theory.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient Management:<ul><li>Understanding client needs, preferences, and project requirements, including budget and safety.</li><li>Ensure client needs and expectations are met and provide regular updates on project progress.</li></ul>Design Development: <ul><li>Creating conceptual design plans, space configurations, and detailed drawings, 3D renderings.</li><li>Choosing appropriate materials, colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and accessories.</li></ul>Project Planning and Management:<ul><li>Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes.</li><li>Organize and manage resources, including materials, vendors, and contractors.</li><li>Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays.</li><li>Use project management tools to plan, monitor, and report on projects.</li></ul>Budget and Cost Management: <ul><li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget.</li></ul>Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Ensure that projects are executed to the highest quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and building codes.</li><li>Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
