Interior Designer

Overview

Create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces by planning layouts, selecting materials, and managing projects, while collaborating with clients and other professionals to bring their vision to life. Possess strong visual design skills, including an understanding of proportion, aesthetics, and color theory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Client Management:

• Understanding client needs, preferences, and project requirements, including budget and safety.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are met and provide regular updates on project progress.

Design Development:

• Creating conceptual design plans, space configurations, and detailed drawings, 3D renderings.
• Choosing appropriate materials, colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes.
• Organize and manage resources, including materials, vendors, and contractors.
• Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
• Use project management tools to plan, monitor, and report on projects.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that projects are executed to the highest quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and building codes.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
