Architectural Designer – Modular Homes & Cottages

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer with hands-on experience in preparing architectural and technical drawings. The role involves finalizing floor plans, preparing elevations as per our modular system, and developing working drawings for electrical, plumbing, and other services. The candidate will also coordinate with the production and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize floor plans and elevations for modular projects.
• Create detailed working drawings including electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and door-window schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams for fabrication drawings and with site teams for installation.
• Interpret client requirements and adapt designs within the modular system framework.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and aligned with company standards.
• Support documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, prefab/modular construction, or residential projects.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp/Revit (preferred).
• Knowledge: Understanding of MEP layouts and integration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with factory and site teams.
