Interior Designer Construction & 3D Modeling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in construction drawings & 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max / SketchUp / V-Ray / Lumion / Photoshop.
• Strong technical knowledge of office fit-outs, construction details, and finishing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
• Good understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and design standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and technical documents for office interiors.
• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings, floor plans, layouts, and mood boards.
• Develop 3D models & renderings.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate on-site execution.
• Create space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and design solutions aligned with modern office trends.
• Develop and present 3D interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces (offices, retail outlets, showrooms, homes, apartments, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
