Your enthusiasm for client service and detail-oriented approach will ensure clients receive top-tier support while you grow your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Duties<ul><li>Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns using advanced tax preparation software and accounting tools such as QuickBooks and Sage.</li><li>Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with current tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Analyze financial data and concepts to optimize tax reporting strategies for clients across various industries.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify tax-related questions, and explain filing requirements.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in tax law and regulations to provide expert guidance on tax compliance and planning.</li><li>Assist with client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry, reconciliation, and maintaining organized records of all tax documents.</li><li>Social media presence is REQUIRED.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Come with an open heart, open mind and willingness to learn!</li><li>Be willing to learn how to Demonstrate customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients ( you will be taught ) </li><li>Be on time!
