Duties

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns using advanced tax preparation software and accounting tools such as QuickBooks and Sage.
• Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with current tax laws and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and concepts to optimize tax reporting strategies for clients across various industries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify tax-related questions, and explain filing requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in tax law and regulations to provide expert guidance on tax compliance and planning.
• Assist with client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and providing exceptional customer service.
• Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry, reconciliation, and maintaining organized records of all tax documents.
• Social media presence is REQUIRED.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
