Tax Preparer-Scottsdale

Large, growing boutique CPA firm in multiple locations is seeking an experienced and exceptional tax preparer for individual, partnership, trust, corporate tax returns, and tax planning and consulting services to high-end and medium-sized businesses and high net worth clientele.

We do Big Four style work for high-end clients in a relaxed, small regional office atmosphere. Excellent benefits package and bonus pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• Experience with tax preparation and accounting
• Experience in public accounting preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to professionally engage with clients, verbally and in writing
• Proficiency working with a computer and software
• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements a plus
• Experience with Click Up, Engagement, and QuickBooks a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tax prep priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
• Work with efficiency and at times under pressure
• Work flexible shifts and meet tight deadlines
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Train on and adapt to different processes and methods
• Duties include but are not limited to workpaper write-ups, obtaining and saving client documents, journal entries, and at times bookkeeping.

Remote Position

• With training and proven experience, working remotely is negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
