Tax Preparer-Tucson, AZ

Large, growing boutique CPA firm in multiple locations, with a newly opened office in Monroeville/Murrysville, is seeking an experienced and exceptional tax preparer for individual, partnership, trust, corporate tax returns, and tax planning and consulting services to high-end and medium-sized businesses and high net worth clientele.

We do Big Four style work for high-end clients in a relaxed, small regional office atmosphere. Excellent benefits package and bonus pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• Experience with tax preparation and accounting
• Experience in public accounting preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to professionally engage with clients, verbally and in writing
• Proficiency working with a computer and software
• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements a plus
• Experience with Click Up, Engagement, and QuickBooks a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tax prep priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
• Work with efficiency and at times under pressure
• Work flexible shifts and meet tight deadlines
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Train on and adapt to different processes and methods
• Duties include but are not limited to workpaper write-ups, obtaining and saving client documents, journal entries, and at times bookkeeping.

Remote Position

• With training and proven experience, working remotely is negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
