Job Title: Bidding Engineer &ndash; Electrical &amp; Instrumentation Location: CBD Belapur, Navi MumbaiExperience Required:<ul><li>Minimum: 4 to 5 years</li><li>Maximum: 10 to 12 years</li></ul>Salary Range: &#8377;50,000 &ndash; &#8377;60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience and skills) Candidates are requested to clearly mention their current CTC and expected salary while applying.Gender: Male / Female (Both can apply)Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding Engineer (Electrical &amp; Instrumentation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical &amp; commercial bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, evaluate, and submit technical and commercial bids for Electrical &amp; Instrumentation projects.</li><li>Review tender documents, identify requirements, and ensure timely submission of proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather relevant inputs.</li><li>Perform cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing analysis.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors/subcontractors for competitive quotations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of all bid-related correspondence and records.</li><li>Analyze competitor pricing and provide insights to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client specifications.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Electrical &amp; Instrumentation engineering principles.</li><li>Proven experience in bid preparation, tendering, and contract management.</li><li>Excellent skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, and costing software/tools.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>Professional certifications related to tendering/bidding will be an added advantage.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV, mentioning Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
