Job Title: Bidding Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required:

• Minimum: 4 to 5 years
• Maximum: 10 to 12 years

Salary Range:
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience and skills)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical & commercial bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, evaluate, and submit technical and commercial bids for Electrical & Instrumentation projects.
• Review tender documents, identify requirements, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather relevant inputs.
• Perform cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing analysis.
• Negotiate with vendors/subcontractors for competitive quotations.
• Maintain proper documentation of all bid-related correspondence and records.
• Analyze competitor pricing and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client specifications.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation engineering principles.
• Proven experience in bid preparation, tendering, and contract management.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, and costing software/tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional certifications related to tendering/bidding will be an added advantage.
