Job Title: Sales Executive (Outbound Calling)We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads and converting those leads into successful sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound sales calls to assigned leads provided by the company</li><li>Clearly explain company products/services to potential customers</li><li>Convert leads into confirmed sales by using effective communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets</li></ul>Training &amp; Support:<ul><li>One-week professional training will be provided before starting live calls</li><li>Continuous guidance and support from the sales team and management</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary</li><li>Attractive commission structure</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Growth opportunities based on performance</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to work with targets and deadlines</li><li>Prior sales or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs52,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
