Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Outbound Calling)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads and converting those leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to assigned leads provided by the company
• Clearly explain company products/services to potential customers
• Convert leads into confirmed sales by using effective communication and persuasion skills
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Training & Support:

• One-week professional training will be provided before starting live calls
• Continuous guidance and support from the sales team and management

Requirements:
