We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-Speaking Dermatology Receptionist / CSR to join our dermatology department at our medical center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dermatology or aesthetic clinics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a high standard of service to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups</li><li>Register patients accurately and maintain confidential medical records</li><li>Coordinate patient flow between dermatologists, nurses, and treatment rooms</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails professionally</li><li>Explain dermatology services, treatments, and clinic procedures to patients</li><li>Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints calmly and efficiently</li><li>Support billing and insurance processes when required (verification, approvals, coordination)</li><li>Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance</li><li>Ensure compliance with clinic policies, patient privacy, and healthcare regulations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you Speak Arabic?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dermatology/Cosmetics: 1 year (Required)</li><li>customer service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
