Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-Speaking Dermatology Receptionist / CSR to join our dermatology department at our medical center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dermatology or aesthetic clinics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a high standard of service to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups
  • Register patients accurately and maintain confidential medical records
  • Coordinate patient flow between dermatologists, nurses, and treatment rooms
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails professionally
  • Explain dermatology services, treatments, and clinic procedures to patients
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints calmly and efficiently
  • Support billing and insurance processes when required (verification, approvals, coordination)
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, patient privacy, and healthcare regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
