Education:<ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).</li></ul>Experience: <ul><li>1-2 Years relevant (experience in Emergency unit will be preferred).</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Team building.</li><li>Good interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Computer skills.</li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct patient's assessment on admission as well or whenever it requires.</li><li>Re-assessment of assigned patient to identify care needs and document accurately.</li><li>Provide safe, clean environment by following infection control policies.</li><li>Identify priority as per patient acuity and organize workload.</li><li>Provide best quality care according to patient&rsquo;s need assessment.</li><li>Administer Medication safely, before administering provide information of medications.</li><li>Monitor response of patient to medication and if problem identify report promptly.</li><li>Safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies.</li><li>Assess nutritional need of patient &amp; involve Nutritionist. Also discuss with Physician.</li><li>Monitor patients on temporary and permanent Pace maker.</li><li>Ability to handle high risk patients.</li><li>Maintain &amp; monitors medical inventory record.</li><li>Aware of reportable patients in units.</li><li>Coordinate with support services on need basis.</li><li>Ready to handle disaster or an emergency situation promptly.</li><li>Reassess patient&rsquo;s health status &amp; ensure quality nursing care is provided.</li><li>Maintain flow sheet.</li><li>Report incidents timely.</li></ul>Location: <ul><li>Ahmadpur East (South Punjab-Bhawalpur)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
