Job Description:

Education:

  • Pharma.D

Experience:

  • 1-2 Years.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of As-Siraat City Pharmacy license from District Health Office. Fulfill all documentary requirements and maintain record.
  • Manages pharmacy as per PHC standards and maintain area for any internal or external audit.
  • Prepare detailed plan for procurement and supply of medicines.
  • Ordering pharmacy supplies by initiating PRs in HMIS, based on consumption trends and controlling the inventory on daily basis.
  • Using HMIS for maintaining inventory, placing orders and reporting.
  • Inspect deliveries and ensure quality compliance.
  • Registering vendors, coordinating and negotiating with them.
  • Ensure quality of items and timely delivery.
  • Maintain complete procurement records.
  • Resolve any audit queries.
  • Overseeing pharmacy assistants and cash handling.
  • Managing Daily cash, bookkeeping and submission to Accounts Department.
  • Help pharmacy assistants in implementing and adhering to policies.
  • Assure proper handling of prescription and order processing in terms of accuracy.
  • Assure proper inventory documentation of controlled drugs and the periodic monitoring of these records.
  • Prepare monthly pharmacy roster and staff shifts.
  • Performs storage monitoring inspections as required.
  • Conduct regular internal audits.
