Regulatory Compliance Officer (Pharmacist) Female

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Officer, responsible for warehouse management, documentation, product regulatory affairs, and office coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth operational flow between manufacturing, storage, and distribution as per DRAP and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse stock, inward/outward supply & inventory record
• Maintain regulatory documentation & product files
• Ensure DRAP & compliance documentation is updated and organized
• Prepare and maintain batch records, COAs, stability & quality reports
• Coordination with manufacturing units for product updates
• Oversee office work related to product registration & data management
• Ensure warehouse SOP implementation & audit readiness
• Work closely with accounts, logistics & sales departments

Requirements:

• Pharm-D (must be registered with Pharmacy Council).
• Must have Category A available.
• Minimum 0–2 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of GDP / QMS, documentation & compliance preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
