Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our retail warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading the warehouse team to deliver efficient, timely, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and coordinate with retail stores and supply chain teams.
• Implement and improve warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong expertise in inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 per month
