As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an outpatient therapist who is dedicated to their profession and is committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and consistent clinical work.This role is best suited for clinicians who value autonomy and are comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative practice environment. Because this is a 1099 independent contractor position, applicants should be self-directed, motivated, and able to manage their caseload, documentation, and professional responsibilities with a high level of autonomy and professionalism.We are seeking applicants who are genuinely interested in this opportunity. We are looking for clinicians who approach this work with professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to client care.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families</li><li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and practice standards</li><li>Manage and maintain a consistent caseload</li><li>Communicate professionally with administrative staff and colleagues when needed</li><li>Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with licensure requirements</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field</li><li>Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or actively working toward independent licensure-AYA can provide supervision at a low cost.</li><li>Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently</li><li>Ability to manage time, documentation, and caseload responsibilities without ongoing oversight</li><li>Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and quality client care</li></ul>Qualities of a Strong Fit for a 1099 Role:<ul><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy</li><li>Able to manage schedule, caseload growth, and clinical responsibilities independently</li><li>Organized and timely with documentation and administrative requirements</li><li>Professional, accountable, and responsive in communication</li><li>Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload</li></ul>A 1099 Role with Our Practice:Working as a 1099 clinician with our practice offers the flexibility and autonomy that many therapists seek when moving into private practice.
