As You Are Counseling Services is a growing private practice located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Our practice was built on the belief that people deserve a space where they can show up exactly as they are and be met with authenticity, compassion, and strong clinical care. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an outpatient therapist who is dedicated to their profession and is committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and consistent clinical work.

This role is best suited for clinicians who value autonomy and are comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative practice environment. Because this is a 1099 independent contractor position, applicants should be self-directed, motivated, and able to manage their caseload, documentation, and professional responsibilities with a high level of autonomy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and practice standards
• Manage and maintain a consistent caseload
• Communicate professionally with administrative staff and colleagues when needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with licensure requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or actively working toward independent licensure-AYA can provide supervision at a low cost.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage time, documentation, and caseload responsibilities without ongoing oversight
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and quality client care
