Virtual Psychotherapist

Overview
Federal Mental Health is dedicated to serving federal workers' compensation patients who have been injured on the job, both physically and psychologically. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate psychological care tailored to the unique needs of these clients.

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and LPC's who are licensed to practice independently in Ohio. This is a work-from-home position offering flexible, part-time hours. We have 2-3 patients to start you with and hope to grow your caseload from there.

We are looking for someone with ~10~ hours of time availible during the work week.

Duties

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to federal workers’ compensation patients and other clients injured on the job.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client recovery and well-being.
• Document all therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.

Experience

• Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Must have current licensure as an LPC or LCSW with the ability to practice independently in Utah.
• Experience working with ill and injured individuals.
• While you will not have to do any billing, experience working within medicare CPT code frameworks is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality care in a virtual environment.
