Overview Federal Mental Health is dedicated to serving federal workers' compensation patients who have been injured on the job, both physically and psychologically. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate psychological care tailored to the unique needs of these clients.We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and LPC's who are licensed to practice independently in Ohio. This is a work-from-home position offering flexible, part-time hours. We have 2-3 patients to start you with and hope to grow your caseload from there.We are looking for someone with ~10~ hours of time availible during the work week.We hope to start you asap.Duties<ul><li>Provide virtual therapy sessions to federal workers&rsquo; compensation patients and other clients injured on the job.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client recovery and well-being.</li><li>Document all therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Must hold a Master&rsquo;s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.</li><li>Must have current licensure as an LPC or LCSW with the ability to practice independently in Utah. </li><li>Experience working with ill and injured individuals.</li><li>While you will not have to do any billing, experience working within medicare CPT code frameworks is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality care in a virtual environment.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Fully remote position&mdash;work from the comfort of your home.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $75.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What states are you licensed in? </li><li>Please describe your availability between 9-5 M-F. </li><li>Do you have any experience working with workers' compensation patients, injured federal workers, or individuals experiencing injuries and chronic pain?</li><li>Do you possess a full unrestricted LPCC/LPC/LCSW/LMHC etc license? </li></ul>Work Location: Remote
