This is a hands-on role that blends design sense with the ability to execute quickly on site.A typical day may include:<ul><li>Selecting inventory and d&eacute;cor</li><li>Driving to a project site and setting a home according to our standards</li><li>Light styling, adjustments, and final walkthrough photos</li><li>Returning inventory to the warehouse and resetting for the next job</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Stage occupied and vacant homes according to Ascend Design standards</li><li>Load, move, and place accessory and d&eacute;cor safely and efficiently</li><li>Provide direction to Ascend moving and logistics team regarding placement of furniture</li><li>Keep inventory organized during load-out and return</li><li>Communicate clearly with the team about schedule changes, issues, or missing items</li><li>Represent Ascend professionally in client and realtor-facing environments</li></ul>What we are looking forRequired<ul><li>Strong reliability and on-time attendance</li><li>Ability to lift and move furniture and d&eacute;cor (this is a physical role)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Flexibility to work stages with occassional early morning or late afternoon/evenings when needed.</li><li>A good eye for design and styling</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Prior home staging experience</li><li>Interior design, merchandising, or hospitality background</li><li>Experience working from a warehouse environment and handling inventory</li></ul>Schedule and availability<ul><li>Most staging activity happens on weekdays, with early start times.</li><li>We expect contractors to be available for a flexible schedule based on project needs.</li><li>Occasional weekend work may be available.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Starting at $25/hour</li><li>Opportunity for more hours and responsibility based on performance and reliability</li></ul>How to applyPlease apply on Indeed and include:<ul><li>A short note about your availability (weekday mornings, weekends, etc.)</li><li>Any relevant experience (staging, design, merchandising, moving/warehouse)</li><li>A link to a portfolio or Instagram (optional)</li></ul>Pay: From $25.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available for early morning staging work on weekdays?</li><li>Do you have reliable transportation to job sites across the Denver metro area?</li><li>Are you comfortable lifting and moving furniture and d&eacute;cor as part of the job?</li><li>Do you have any home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising experience?
