We&rsquo;re expanding our team at Ascent!If you're good at communication, coordination, client interactions and basic content writing&mdash;this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and manage business communication including emails, notices, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project updates and follow-ups.</li><li>Handle phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.</li><li>Maintain documentation, records, and daily reports.</li><li>Assist management with communication-related tasks and office coordination.</li><li>Prepare social media messages, announcements, and basic content (if required).</li><li>Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain calendars.</li><li>Support HR and admin teams in communication and documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.</li><li>Strong email drafting, documentation, and coordination abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Basic understanding of business communication and customer handling.</li><li>Good time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, discipline, and professionalism.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;24,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bengali Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business Communication ex: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
