If you're good at communication, coordination, client interactions and basic content writing—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage business communication including emails, notices, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project updates and follow-ups.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and daily reports.
  • Assist management with communication-related tasks and office coordination.
  • Prepare social media messages, announcements, and basic content (if required).
  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain calendars.
  • Support HR and admin teams in communication and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong email drafting, documentation, and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of business communication and customer handling.
  • Good time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

  • Bengali Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
