What You&rsquo;ll Do
You will support the day-to-day cleanliness, readiness and overall upkeep of the facility. This position is focused on high-quality custodial servicing, routine inspections and operational support to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.<ul><li>
Clean and sanitize office areas, conference rooms, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces.</li></ul><ul><li>
Maintain hanger, warehouse, and shop floors, including operation of a motorized floor scrubber.</li><li>
Preform routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and general interior cleaning tasks.</li><li>
Empty and replace trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.</li><li>
Wash interior and exterior windows as assigned.</li><li>
Conduct routine facility inspection to identify cleaning needs, safety hazards, or issues requiring escalation.</li><li>
Support internal relocation, event setups, office moves and basic furniture configuration (chairs, tables, small modular pieces)</li><li>
Pick up supplies from approved local vendors as requested</li><li>
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.</li><li>
Assist the Facilities team with other operational tasks as assigned.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>
Prior custodial or facilities support experience is beneficial but not required.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.</li><li>
Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and safety practices</li><li>
Professional communication and customer service orientation.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving operational environment</li><li>
Capability to read and understand cleaning instructions, safety rules, and SDS documents</li><li>
Valid Michigan driver's license with acceptable driving record</li><li>
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach</li><li>
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. routinely: up to 75 lbs. with assistance on occasion</li><li>
Comfortable operating custodial machinery and equipment</li><li>
Able to work in an aviation-driven environment with varying temperatures and noise levels</li><li>
Work performed in offices, hangers, restrooms, break areas, and warehouse environments</li><li>
Exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and active operational areas</li><li>
Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required where applicable</li></ul>
