Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transport Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients within various healthcare settings, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient movement, support clinical operations, and uphold the highest standards of safety and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experiences while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely transport patients to and from different appointments.</li><li>Assist patients with mobility needs using appropriate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of patient appointments and van documentation.</li><li>Support clinical staff by preparing patients for procedures or examinations, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.</li><li>Adhere strictly to infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA regulations during all patient interactions and documentation.</li><li>Communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient status or special needs during transport to ensure seamless care coordination.</li><li>Assist with basic patient care activities such as catheter care or vital signs measurement when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid CNA certification with current licensure in good standing.</li><li>Safe driver with good driving record.</li><li>Must be 25 years old.</li><li>Proven experience working as a CNA.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate medical equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Physical stamina to lift or transfer patients regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
