Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transport Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from different appointments.
• Assist patients with mobility needs using appropriate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient appointments and van documentation.
• Support clinical staff by preparing patients for procedures or examinations, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
• Adhere strictly to infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA regulations during all patient interactions and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient status or special needs during transport to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Assist with basic patient care activities such as catheter care or vital signs measurement when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification with current licensure in good standing.
• Safe driver with good driving record.
• Must be 25 years old.
• Proven experience working as a CNA.
• Demonstrated ability to operate medical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Physical stamina to lift or transfer patients regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
