Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.<ul><li>HRSA loan repayment; employed position</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.</li><li>Conduct various dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and endodontics, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Open Dental.</li><li>Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health care, treatment options, and preventative measures.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.</li><li>Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry.</li><li>Experience with infection control practices in a dental office setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open Dental is a plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.</li><li>Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.</li></ul>Join our dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional dental care!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $185,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fossil, OR 97830 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Fossil, OR 97830: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
