The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients through complex transactions and ensuring legal compliance across business operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, investments, and partnerships</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate investment documentation, shareholder agreements, and other legal contracts</li><li>Advise on mergers &amp; acquisitions, including structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation</li><li>Provide legal support for corporate governance, restructuring, and strategic initiatives</li><li>Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal processes</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M)</li><li>Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and transaction structuring</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Exposure to high-impact corporate transactions</li><li>Collaborative and growth-driven work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and client-facing experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
