Job Summary:

Ashique & Associates is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer with a strong interest in corporate legal advisory and documentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients through complex transactions and ensuring legal compliance across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, investments, and partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate investment documentation, shareholder agreements, and other legal contracts
• Advise on mergers & acquisitions, including structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
• Provide legal support for corporate governance, restructuring, and strategic initiatives
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M)
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and transaction structuring
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
