The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of floral arrangements in a fast-paced environment. As a Floral Designer, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral displays for various occasionsJob ResponsibilitiesDuties<ul><li>Design and create floral arrangements with high quality for all occasions (sympathy, birthday, corporate, weddings, etc.)</li><li>Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.</li><li>Follow established pricing and procedures with our operation</li><li>Meet our hourly production goals</li><li>Understand all orders and work collaboratively with the design manager to resolve any questions for your orders</li><li>Assist customers with inquiries and orders in person and over the phone</li><li>Manage and process cut flowers/plants for your orders</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Other duties as required to assist with our operations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in floral design techniques and an understanding of flower care.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.</li><li>A passion for creativity and an eye for detail in floral arrangements.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in floral design; knowledge of horticulture is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>A passion for gardening and landscape maintenance is desirable.
